Departing from/Arriving at Toronto Pearson International Airport
- Check in at Terminal 1 for all flights to Canada, the U.S., and all international destinations.
- All Air Canada flights are gated at Terminal 1.
Aeroplan Elite Status Members, Star Alliance Gold members, Business Class guests
Curbside drop-off
If you’re an Aeroplan Elite or Star Alliance Gold member, or a Business Class customer and you’re arriving at Terminal 1 using private transportation, make sure to request drop-off on the departure level curb as follows:
Travel within Canada or to an international destination | Request drop-off at posts 4 to 6 |
Travel to the U.S. | Request drop-off at posts 28 to 30 |

If you’re an Aeroplan Super Elite, 75K or 50K member, or travelling in Business Class, Premium Economy or Premium Rouge, head to the following check-in aisles:

Curbside and in-terminal assistance
If you require special assistance and are utilizing private transportation to Toronto-Pearson Terminal 1, please:
- Request drop-off on the departure level curb at post 21.
- The drop point is on the inside curb; just look for the sign showing Special Assistance and a wheelchair symbol.
- An assistance phone is available at post 21 for curbside assistance. Simply lift the receiver and follow the instructions to be connected.

- Upon entering the terminal, proceed to the special assistance desk located at aisle 8 to check in for your flight.
If you are arriving at Toronto-Pearson and require wheelchair assistance, or are visually-impaired and require escort assistance upon arrival, please let us know in advance of travel by completing our dedicated Wheelchair or Escort Assistance Form.
