Receipt Requests
For past travel requests such as ticket receipts, confirmations including proof of travel/flight cancellations and charge inquiries; simply go to the Receipt Request application and your request will be answered in approximately 5-12 business days.
Please ensure a charge query is for an actual charge and not a hold on funds. A hold on funds is done to ensure adequate funds are on hand prior to processing and is not an actual charge.
Credit Card authorization reversal requests
If customers credit card “open to buy” limit has been impacted due to multiple purchase attempts or if an authorization reversal is urgently required, please contact (confidential): Sharon.luchuck@aircanada.ca **NB: Please provide tokenized CC#, (or first 6 and last 4 digits), $ amount, date and contact phone#.
