Effective December 7, 2020, the telephone number of the Reservation Center in Japan will be changed as follows.
We received a notification from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare that the quarantine questionnaire when entering Japan will be digitized. As a result, from December 21, 2020 , Air Canada will start implementing the "Questionnaire Web" for customers using our flight.
Before departure either at the airport or in-flight, you can access the "Questionnaire Web” https://arqs-qa.followup.mhlw.go.jp from your smartphone or tablet and enter the answers to your questions. If you do not have these devices, you can use computer at the arrival airport, however we recommend you to complete it in advance due to the number of computers is limited.
In addition, you will also need to fill out a "health card" to be distributed in-flight. At the quarantine station, please submit both the electronic questionnaire QR code and health card at the same time.
