The lounges offer a wide range of amenities, as well as courteous and helpful staff to assist you. Customers travelling on a Business Class (flexible) or Business Class (lowest) fare are eligible for complimentary access to Maple Leaf Lounges, Star Alliance members’ business class lounges and other Air Canada contract lounges, where available. Customers travelling on a Premium Economy , Latitude or Flex fare who pre-purchased Maple Leaf Lounge access must present their boarding pass from a same-day departing flight operated by Air Canada. Lounge access applies to the departure city, as well as any eligible connection cities, where available. Maple Leaf Lounges are located in select Canadian airports, as well as in Los Angeles (LAX), New York’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA), Frankfurt, London-Heathrow and Paris.

A same-day confirmed change is a flight change requested at check-in or at the airport prior to departure, on the day of departure. Same-day confirmed changes are subject to availability. Same-day confirmed changes can be completed upon at time of check-in.
