Terms and conditions
- This offer is available to Canadian or U.S companies. To be eligible, your company must enroll in the Air Canada for Business program between November 5 – November 30, 2018 for travel from Nov 5, 2018 to January 31, 2019 (Blackout dates apply: December 18, 2018 – January 7, 2019). Eligible companies that book and travel on eligible flight bookings will receive a 5% discount on Flex, Latitude, comfort fares and 8% on Premium Economy, Premium Rouge or Business class fares from Nov 5, 2018 to January 31, 2019 (Blackout dates: December 18, 2018 – January 7, 2019). The discount on a flight booking is equivalent to the base fare, exclusive of all taxes, surcharges and any additional fees, and is calculated on the booking confirmation page.
- To be eligible;
- Companies must register for the Air Canada for Business online program between Nov 5, 2018 to Nov 30, 2018. Bookings must be made via the Air Canada for Business online program on any flight from Canada to any destination that Air Canada flies to; This offer is valid on flights operated by Air Canada (including flights operated under the Air Canada Express® banner), and Air Canada Rouge®. This discount does not apply on codeshare flights.
- The eligible flight bookings can represent a combination of the following fare families: 5% on Flex, comfort, Latitude, and 8% on Premium Economy, Premium Rouge and Business Class fares.
- Eligible companies that book and travel on eligible flight bookings will receive the discount on eligible flights booked from Nov 5 to Nov 30, 2018 and travelled from Nov 5, 2018 to January 31, 2019 (Blackout dates: December 18, 2018 – January 7, 2019). Flight Pass purchases are not eligible for this offer. This offer is available on new bookings only for new Air Canada for Business members on all destinations that Air Canada flies to.
