Air Canada Signature Class
If you receive an upgrade to Air Canada Signature Class, you will discover a new, industry-leading premium travel experience enhanced with exclusive onboard services and amenities which include:
- A lie-flat bed with mattress pad, plush duvet and pillows
- An enhanced dining and beverage service
- A complimentary amenity kit filled with Canadian-made travel essentials and skin care products
- Priority services including dedicated check-in counters, expedited security clearance, exclusive boarding lanes and more
Air Canada Signature Class is offered exclusively on flights operated by mainline Boeing 787, 777 and Airbus A330 aircraft:

What’s not included in my upgrade?
The fare conditions of your original ticket remain unchanged, including cancellation policies and rebooking fees. You will also earn Aeroplan points and earn toward Aeroplan Elite Status per your original ticket.Access to the Signature Class Lounge is not included with Air Canada Bid Upgrade.
Are all flights eligible for an upgrade?
Not all flights may be eligible for an upgrade. Eligible flights and tickets are determined by Air Canada at its sole discretion and depend on a variety of factors including cabin class and seat class availability. Also, unless otherwise stated, upgrade offers can only be made up to 48 hours before departure.
Additionally, upgrades are not available for:
- Tickets which have not yet been issued
- Group bookings
- Codeshare flights or flights operated by other airlines
- Bookings in Economy Basic fare
It is at Air Canada’s sole discretion to modify, at any time, the list of eligible flights and tickets for which an upgrade offer can be made.

Are you booking for multiple passengers?
We kindly ask that all passengers agree to the upgrade and be confirmed in Business Class or Premium Economy. Please note that Basic Fare bookings are not eligible for this offer.
- While upgrades are not available for Air Canada codeshare flights or those operated by other airlines, we strive to offer them on as many flights as possible.
- Prices are based on each individual flight segment for which a Last Minute Upgrade Purchase is requested.
- Last Minute Upgrades are not available on all flights and markets and subject to availability in the Executive cabin.
- Prices vary by flight and by market and will only be determined and presented to the customer during the check-in process. The customer will have final purchase decision for all eligible flight segments of his itinerary.
- The Last Minute Upgrade Purchase fee is subject to all applicable taxes.
- Passengers accumulate Aeroplan points and earns toward Aeroplan Elite Status as per the original fare purchased.
- Air Canada cannot guarantee to provide Business Class meal service to customers who make a Last Minute Upgrade Purchase.
- Successful upgrades are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are valid only on the flight and date shown.
eUpgrade
