Discounts apply to the base fare only. Applicable taxes, fees and surcharges are not discounted. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. A maximum of nine (9) passengers per booking is permitted.

Eligible travelers can take advantage of the following discounts on regular Maple Leaf Lounge access fees when they purchase a Latitude or Flex fare:

• $3 off the regular access fee for North American departures between 05:00 and 15:59 or between 20:00 and 01:00;
• $5 off the regular access fee for North American departures between 16:00 and 19:59;
• $8 off the regular access fee for international departures between 05:00 and 15:59 or between 20:00 and 01:00.

Maple Leaf Lounge access is available for flights marketed by Air Canada and operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express or Air Canada rouge.

DISCOUNTED PREFERRED SEAT SELECTION

Discounts on Preferred seat selection applies to flights that are marketed by Air Canada and operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge, for travel on a Flex fare*.

The discount for Preferred seat selection is equivalent to 10% or $3 off the Preferred seat selection charge, whichever amount is greater. The offer remains available for 12 months from offer allocation date.

Preferred seat charges are per passenger and apply to each individual one-way flight segment in the itinerary. Flight segments are identified by a change in flight number, with each new flight number representing a flight segment. Learn more about Preferred seats.

COMPLIMENTARY TRAVEL OPTIONS:

Complimentary offers such as Preferred Seats, Bistro vouchers and Maple Leaf lounge access, are offered with flights booked as part of the Air Canada for Business program

To include complimentary rewards in a booking, click on the select rewards link displayed under the flight search fields, select applicable reward and click on apply to booking.

COMPLIMENTARY PREFERRED SEAT SELECTION

Complimentary Preferred seat selection applies to flights from Hong Kong and North America, that are marketed by Air Canada and operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge, for travel on a Flex fare. One credit is required per passenger, per itinerary.

The offer remains available for 12 months from allocation date.

EUPGRADE CREDITS

10 eUpgrade credits will be available at time of enrollment.  Once you reach $5,000 in travel spent, an additional 10 eUpgrade credits will be available.

To allow Air Canada to deposit the eUpgrade Credits to the Aeroplan accounts of eligible travellers, please send an email to eupgraderequest@aircanada.ca and include the following information:

• Your company's name and account identification number (PN account #),
• The eligible traveller’s name(s) and Aeroplan® number(s),
• The number of credits to be added to the eligible traveller’s Aeroplan account*
• The eligible traveller’s emailaddresses (which we'll use to confirm the deposit)

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the eUpgrade Credits to be deposited.

eUpgrade Credits can be used for an upgrade to Premium Economy, Premium Rouge or Business Class on eligible flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge. Eligible flights will vary based on the Aeroplan status of the eUpgrade account owner, as well as on the fare option/booking class purchased. Upgrades are based on seat availability.

The eUpgrade account owner must be an Aeroplan member. eUpgrade Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable and are valid for one year from date of deposit. eUpgrade Credits are the property of Air Canada.
