  1. This offer is available to Canadian or U.S. companies whose travel is managed by a Canadian or U.S. travel agency. Eligible companies that spend above $5,000 on eligible flight bookings (as defined in Section 2) will qualify to receive 1% percent of the incremental spend (1% will be on spend over and above the initial $5,000) back in the form of an Air Canada eGift Card valued as per the calculations specified in Section 3. The amount spent on a flight booking is equivalent to the base fare, exclusive of all taxes, surcharges and any additional fees, and is calculated once the flight has been completed.
  2. To be eligible, bookings must be:
    1. Made using the Air Canada for Business online program between August 29, 2019, and September 12, 2019.
    2. For travel between August 29, 2019, and November 31, 2019.
    3. For Air Canada for Business bookings: travel on all flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express®, Air Canada Rouge® or by or our partner airlines, including flights operated and/or marketed by Lufthansa Group or one of its affiliates (Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and SWISS).
    4. 1% percent of the incremental spend will be on the amount over and above the initial $5,000.
    5. The eligible flight bookings can represent a combination of comfort, Latitude, Premium Economy, Premium Rouge and Business Class fares. f. Eligible on Canada and U.S. destinations.

  5.   6. 1% percent of the incremental spend will be on the amount over and above the initial $5,000.
  7. The eligible flight bookings can represent a combination of comfort, Latitude, Premium Economy, Premium Rouge and Business Class fares.
  8. Eligible on Canada and U.S. destinations.
  9. Companies that spend a minimum of $5,000 on eligible flight bookings as defined in Section 2 above will receive a percentage of the incremental spend back (in the form of one Air Canada eGift Card) valued at 1% of the total incremental spend of their eligible comfort, Latitude, Premium Economy, Premium Rouge and Business Class fare bookings. The amount spent on eligible flight bookings can represent a combination of any of the fare families listed above.
  10. Flight Pass purchases and flight bookings made with an Air Canada codeshare partner not listed in Paragraph 2(c) are not included in the calculation of the amount spent on flight bookings.
  11. The minimum value of the Air Canada eGift Card for this offer is $50; the maximum amount that will be issued per eligible company is $500.

  13. Companies which qualify for this offer will receive an email no later than January 31, 2020, informing them that they will be receiving an Air Canada eGift Card as well as of other relevant details (e.g., method of delivery).
