• This Offer (defined below) is valid on new eligible hotel bookings and/or qualifying vehicle rentals made between March 17, 2025 12:01AM NST and April 13, 2025 11:59PM PST (the “Offer Period”) for hotel stays and/or qualifying vehicle rentals that take place between March 17, 2025 12:01AM NST and September 30, 2025 11:59PM PST (the “Travel Period”).
• Open only to Aeroplan Members in good standing. If you are not an Aeroplan Member, you can visit the Aeroplan web site (aircanada.com/aeroplan) and enroll today. Membership is free.
• Aeroplan Members must register for this Offer between March 17, 2025, 12:01AM NST and April 13, 2025, 11:59PM (the “Registration Period”). To register, click on the “Register now” tab in the Offer e-mail received or you can also register by clicking on the Offer banner when it is displayed on aircanada.com and then follow the instructions for registration. The Aeroplan Member must register for the Offer during the Offer Period BEFORE booking.
• The “Offer”: During the Offer Period, Aeroplan Members who are registered for the Offer are eligible to receive the following per completed hotel stay and/or completion of a qualifying vehicle rental during the Travel Period for the Offer Period (each a “Transaction”): (a) get ten thousand (10,000) Aeroplan bonus points back on redemptions made with a minimum redemption of forty thousand (40,000) Aeroplan points(b) get twenty-five thousand  (25,000) Aeroplan bonus points back on redemptions made with a minimum redemption of one hundred thousand (100,000) Aeroplan points. Aeroplan Members who hold an Aeroplan co-branded credit card and who are registered for the Offer are eligible to get an additional five thousand (5,000) Aeroplan bonus points back per Transaction on top of the promotion tier they are eligible for.
• A qualifying vehicle rental is defined as i) one vehicle rental per day, per city, for all consecutive days a vehicle is rented up until vehicle is returned - whether or not the rental is renewed during those consecutive days, and ii) reserved via https://aeroplan.cxloyalty.com.
• Additional taxes, fees (including but not to limited Air Conditioning Excise Recovery Fee, Concession Recovery Fee, Vehicle License Recovery Fee, Energy Recovery Fee, Tire Management Fee, and Frequent Travel Program Fee) and surcharges (including but not limited to Customer Facility Charge and Environmental Fee Recovery Charge) may apply.
• Vehicle rental return restrictions may apply.
• Aeroplan points will be credited within 10 weeks after completed hotel stay and/or completion of a qualifying vehicle rental to the Aeroplan account of the Aeroplan Member who has registered for the Offer and who redeemed for the Transaction. Cancelled bookings will not be eligible for this Offer. Modified bookings may change eligibility if the modification puts the booking total in a different promotion tier or is wholly or partially outside the Travel Period. ‖
• Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
• This Offer is combinable with the “Get a 4th Night Free Hotel Offer” but may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. Should other hotel stay or vehicle rental points back offers be available to you during the Offer Period, Aeroplan will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive the offer that is most beneficial to you.
• Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice for any reason and in Aeroplan’s sole discretion. In addition, if this Offer is not running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, abuse, misuse technical failures, pandemic or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Offer, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way. Aeroplan also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from this Offer and to ban the individual from any future offers that it finds or believes to be tampering, abusing, misusing with the process or the operation of this Offer.
