Our accessibility services

Through our wide range of accessibility services, we're committed to offering a seamless travel experience for all our customers.

If you have a visible or non-visible disability, our agents can help you board in advance to give you extra time to locate your seat, store your carry-on, and get comfortable before the aisles get busy.

For this, please arrive at least 30 mins ahead of recommended boarding time.

Unless otherwise noted, all services outlined on these pages apply exclusively to flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge, and Air Canada Express*. For flights or bus or train services operated by another airline or provider, including those purchased via Air Canada, please contact the operating carrier directly to learn about their service policies.

*Air Canada Express refers to flights operated by Jazz Aviation LP or PAL Airlines.

Written confirmation of services

When you complete your booking, the assistance services you have requested will be indicated on your booking confirmation. Should you request services at the airport, one of our agents will be able to assist and provide you with written confirmation of this as well.

It is important to note that we can only confirm services that will be provided on flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or Air Canada Express.

For services on flights operated by other carriers, you will need to contact the other carrier directly to request and confirm any accessibility-related services.
