Indulge in our complimentary selection of sweet and savoury snacks including two Canadian favourites: TWIGZ buttery herb and garlic pretzels from Alberta, and Quebec-based Leclerc’s Célébration Cookie, a sweet treat made with real milk chocolate and butter.

Our Air Canada Bistro menu offers the most extensive selection of fresh buy-on-board options of any other North American airline. Featuring new fresh and vegan options, as well as hearty meals, including Mediterranean hummus wraps, and peppercorn roast beef sandwiches.

Air Canada Signature Class
Indulge in a four-course meal, featuring new rotating recipes, each infused with globally-inspired flavours and crafted with high quality, fresh ingredients. Fan favourites include the mezze plate, roasted salmon in teriyaki sauce with Shandong noodles and butter chicken with basmati rice.
North America Business Class/Premium Rouge
Refreshed light meals on shorter flights bring new, comforting eats on board, like warm flatbread with arugula, and a full warm breakfast on morning flights, including a parsley omelette with chicken sausage, or traditional pancakes with Canadian maple syrup.
Premium Economy
Try new dishes you’ll love, such as chicken saffron or chicken parmigiana, and Chef Jérôme Ferrer's shepherd's pie with beef, paired perfectly with your drink of choice.
