¹Aeroplan 40^th Anniversary hotel and/or car 20% Points-Back Offer

• Offer valid on eligible hotel or car bookings made on or before July 17th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET for reservations that take place between July 4th, 2024, 1:00 am ET and December 31st, 2024, 11:59 pm ET (the “Travel Period”).
• Aeroplan members must register for this Offer between July 4th at 1:00am ET and July 17th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET (the “Offer Period”).

² Chase Engagement Offer

Aeroplan 40th Anniversary Card Engagement Offer (this “Offer”): To be eligible for the Offer, the primary Chase Aeroplan Credit cardmember must register for the Offer by clicking on the “Register Now” button by July 17, 2024. Purchases made with the Chase Aeroplan Credit Card (“Card Account”) will earn 40% more points for every $1 spent on Purchases from July 14, 2024 midnight ET through July 17, 202411:59 pm PT (the "Offer Period") up to a maximum of $40,000 in spend on Purchases (“Eligible Spend”) (see table below for bonus points calculation). Authorized user spend is counted towards the Eligible Spend, but bonus points will be awarded to the primary cardmember’s Aeroplan account. Bonus Aeroplan points will be awarded up to 10 weeks after the Offer Period ends, (the “Offer Fulfillment Date”). Only eligible Spend posted to your Card Account with a transaction date during the Offer Period are eligible for this Offer. This Offer cannot be combined with the Aeroplan 40^th Anniversary Card Acquisition Offer.  Bonus Aeroplan points earned with this Offer are not eligible for Everyday Status Qualification (EDQ).  

Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Your Card Account and Aeroplan account must be open, and in good standing at the time the bonus Aeroplan points are awarded. This Offer may be revoked by Aeroplan if you appear to be manipulating or abusing it, or are engaged in any suspicious or fraudulent activity, as determined by Aeroplan in its sole discretion.

³ Buy Points Offer 

The Aeroplan 40^th anniversary offer (the “Offer”) is only open to Aeroplan Members in good standing and will take place from July 8, 2024, at 9:01:01 AM ET to July 19, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Offer Period”). During the period of July 8, 2024 at 9:01:01 AM ET to July 11, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM ET, Aeroplan Members can earn up to 125% bonus Points when they buy Points and from July 12, 2024 at 12:01:01 AM ET to July 19, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM ET, Aeroplan Members can earn up to 100% bonus Points when they buy Points. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. All Points purchased prior to the start of the Offer Period are not eligible to this Offer. Expect bonus Points to be credited within 72 hours after the Points have been purchased. Bonus Points cannot be sold. They have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash or refunded if unused. Aeroplan 40^th Anniversary Card Acquisition Offer (this “Offer”): The Offer is available for any individual who has never held an Aeroplan credit card, of any type, regardless of card issuer. To qualify for and receive the Offer you must apply for the Chase Aeroplan Credit Card (the “Card Account”) between midnight ET July 8, 2024 through 11:59 pm PT July 17, 2024.  Make your first purchase by midnight PT August 31, 2024 and earn 40% more points for every $1 spent on Purchases made in the first 40 days from the first purchase date (“Eligible Period”), up to a maximum of $40,000 in spend on Purchases (“Eligible Spend”). ⁵ Accor Conversion Bonus Offer

1. The following hotel loyalty program is considered a Participating Hotel program for this offer:

• Promotion runs from July 8, 2024 (12:00 EST) to July 17th, 2024 (23:59 PST)
• Bonus points offer valid on a qualifying rental at participating Avis and/or Budget locations in Canada and the US. 
• Members will receive 4 bonus Aeroplan points per dollar (CAD) spent on base time and mileage with a qualifying rental.
• A qualifying vehicle rental is defined as one Avis and/or Budget vehicle rental per day, per city, for all consecutive days a vehicle is rented - whether or not the rental is renewed during those consecutive days. 
• Avis Preferred members must mention a valid Aeroplan number at the time of reservation or at the time of rental to receive points. Budget Fastbreak members must mention a valid Aeroplan number at the time of reservation or at the time of rental to receive points. All other rentals require the mention of a valid Aeroplan number at the time of rental to receive Aeroplan points.
