• 아래의 정의는 에어로플랜 한국판 혜택의 프로모션에 관한 이용 약관에 적용됨:
• “에어로플랜 회원”은 에어로플랜 프로그램의 회원을 의미함.
• “적격 요금”은 본 혜택이 적용될 수 있는 이코노미 스탠다드, 이코노미 플렉스, 컴포트, 래티튜드, 프리미엄 이코노미 최저가, 프리미엄 이코노미 플렉서블, 프리미엄 루즈, 비즈니스 클래스 최저가 및 비즈니스 클래스 플렉서블 운임을 의미한다.
• “정기 적격 항공편”은 에어캐나다, 에어캐나다 루즈^®, 에어캐나다 익스프레스^® 브랜드에서 운항하는 항공편을 의미한다.
• “혜택”은 이 에어로플랜 대한민국 혜택의 프로모션 혜택을 의미함.
• 혜택 기간”은 2021년 8월 23일 9:00 EST에 시작하여 2021년 10월 1일 23:59 PST까지 기간 전체를 의미한다.
• 여행 기간”은 2021년 8월 24일 00:01 NST에 시작하여 2022년 3월 31일 23:59 PST까지 기간 전체를 의미한다.
• 참여를 위해서는 에어로플랜 회원임과 동시에 에어로플랜 가족 포인트 공유 풀의 일원이거나, 프로모션 기간 동안 풀에 가입하거나 풀을 생성하는 것을 필수로 함. 비 회원의 경우 에어로플랜 웹사이트(www.aircanada.com/aeroplan ) [in English] 를 통해 무료가입 가능.
• 에어로플랜 회원의 이메일 오퍼는 수신한 자 외에 양도가 불가함.
• 가족 대표는 18 세 이상이어야 하며. 온라인 계정에 로그인하고 규정된 단계 [in English]에 따라 풀을 생성하고 회원인 가족 구성원이 가입하도록 풀에 초대를 해아하며, 회원으로 등록된 사용자는 동시에 여러 풀에 가입이 불가함. 풀 가입 초대 대상인 가족은 가입 초대를 수락해야 풀에 가입할 수 있음.
• 풀을 생성하거나 풀에 가입하면 현재 모든 에어로플랜 포인트가 다른 모든 가족 구성원의 에어로플랜 포인트와 공유 됨.
• 포인트를 사용하는 경우, 그 사용 대상에 관계 없이 모든 포인트는 가족 공유 잔고에서 차감되며 포인트는 각 가족 회원에게서 균일하게 차감, 모두가 잔고 금액에 기여하게 됨.

• 여행 기간 동안의 여행을 위해 혜택 기간 동안이코노미 스탠다드, 이코노미 플렉스, 컴포트, 이코노미 래티튜드, 프리미엄 이코노미 최저가, 프리미엄 이코노미 플렉서블, 프리미엄 루즈, 비즈니스 클래스 최저가 및 비즈니스 클래스 플렉서블등의 적용 가능한 요금을 구매하는 경우 3배의 에어로플랜 포인트가 부여됨:.
• 에어로플랜 보너스 포인트는 여행 기간에 정기 항공편으로 여행한 구간당으로 계산됩니다. 에어로플랜 보너스 포인트는 기본 에어로플랜 포인트 적립 규칙에 따라 계산함.
• 예) 이코노미 플렉스에서 예약된 정기 항공편은 일반 에어로플랜 포인트 적립 규칙에 따라 계산된 100%의 기본 포인트 누적률에 따른 에어로플랜 포인트를 부여함. 따라서 이코노미 플렉스에서 예약된 밴쿠버(YVR)발 서울(ICN)행 적격 왕복 항공편에는 100%의 기본 포인트 누적률이 적용되어 왕복에 10,216 에어로플랜 포인트가 발생함. 이 혜택을 받는 에어로플랜 회원은 같은 적격 왕복 항공편을 통해 20,432의 에어로플랜 보너스 포인트를 추가로 획득하므로 총 30,648포인트가 적립됨.
• 예) 본 혜택을 통해 에어로플랜 포인트가 적립되는 패밀리 풀에 2인이 속한 가족의 경우 총 61,296 에어로플랜 포인트가 적립되므로, 구간별 적립 에어로플랜 마일리지 차트에 의거, 최소 45,000 에어로플랜 포인트부터 시작되는 에어캐나다 운영 노선 중 캐나다 발 서울행(ICN)사이의 편도 항공권을 포인트 차감을 통해 받을 수 있다.
• 혜택 기간 및 여행 기간 중 항공편이 예약 된 경우, 풀에 속한 회원은 미동승시에도  3배의 에어로플랜 포인트를 적립할 수 있음.

• 본 혜택은 해당 기간내에 발권된 티켓에 한함.  여행 기간은 상이하게 운영사가 고지 없이 변경될 수 있으며. 코로나19의 영향에 따른 여행 제한 조치, 정부의 권고 사항 및 탑승객 요구 사항으로 인하여, 혜택 기간 동안 예약 가능한 정기 항공편은 동일하지 않을 수 있으며 사전 고지 없이 변경될 수 있음.
• 혜탱 대상 정기 항공편은 새로운 예약 번호로 혜택 기간에 처음으로 발권된 티켓에 한함. 혜택 기간 시작 전에 이루어졌으나 추후 여행 기간 중 응모를 위해 여행 날짜가 변경된 모든 예약은 혜택에 새로운 예약으로 간주되지 않음.
• 본 혜택은 명시적으로 제외되는 에어로플랜 엘리트™ 등급 보너스를 포함하는 모든 다른 혜택 또는 프로모션과 결합할 수 없음. 
• 에어로플랜 보너스 포인트 적립 자격 대상자는 각 에어로플랜 회원이 에어로플랜 적격 요금 구매 당시 에어로플랜 회원 번호를 제공해야 함.
• 에어로플랜 보너스 포인트는 등급 적격 마일이 아니며, 에어로플랜 엘리트 등급에 가산되지 않음.
• 에어로플랜 보너스 포인트는 혜택 기간에 예약되고 여행 기간에 여행한 정기 해당 항공편에 포함된 구간이 완료된 후 8주 이내에 적립됨.
• 업그레이드된 항공 구간(e-업그레이드, 탑승 직전 유료 업그레이드, 스타 얼라이언스 업그레이드 보상 등)은 구매한 최초 요금의 적합성에 따라 이 혜택을 위해 추적됨. 
• 에어로플랜 항공편으로 발권된 리워드 티켓의 경우 포인트 누적 자격이 없으며 따라서 본 혜택의 자격이 없음.
• 본 혜택은 별도의 고지 없이 에어로플랜의 권한으로 변경될 수 있으며 다른 조건 및 제한이 적용될 수 있음.

Terms and conditions – Aeroplan Korea Offer (English)

*Based on family of three Aeroplan members pooling their points together for the same flight to Korea, in Economy Flex fare, booked between August 23, 2021 and October 1, 2021 for travel by March 31, 2022 will earn a total of 61,296 Aeroplan points. Bonus Aeroplan points will be calculated per segment flown on Eligible Scheduled Flights, in eligible fare classes, during the Travel Period. Bonus Aeroplan points will be calculated in accordance with the eligible basic Aeroplan points accrual rules.

• The following definitions apply for the purposes of the Terms and Conditions of the Aeroplan Korea Offer promotional offer:
• “Aeroplan Member” means a member of the Aeroplan program.
• “Eligible Fare” means those fares that are exclusively eligible for this Offer, being: Economy Standard, Economy Flex, comfort, Latitude, Premium Economy Lowest, Premium Economy Flexible, Premium Rouge, Business Class Lowest and Business Class Flexible.
• “Eligible Scheduled Flights” means a flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge® and under the Air Canada Express® brand.
• “Offer” means this Aeroplan Korea Offer promotional offer.
• Offer Period” means August 23, 2021 starting at 9;00 am EST through to October 1, 2021 inclusively, ending at 23:59 PST.
• Travel Period” means August 24 starting at 00:01 NST through to March 31, 2022 inclusively, ending at 23:59 PST.
• In order to participate, you must be an Aeroplan Member and be part of a Aeroplan Family Sharing Pool or join or create one during the promotion period. If you are not an Aeroplan Member, you can visit the Aeroplan web site (www.aircanada.com/aeroplan ) and enroll today. Membership is free.
• If an Aeroplan Member receives The Offer by e-mail, it is non-transferable.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a Family Lead. You can create a Pool and invite family members who are Aeroplan Members to join your Pool by logging into your online Account and following the prescribed steps. You can only be part of one Pool at a time. The family members that you invite to join the pool need to accept the invitation to join in order to be part of the Pool.
• When you create or join a Pool, all your current Aeroplan Points are shared with the Aeroplan Points of all other Family Members.

• 3X Aeroplan points will be awarded for the purchase of the following Eligible Fares during the Offer Period and for travel during the Travel Period: Economy Standard, Economy Flex, comfort, Economy Latitude, Premium Economy lowest, Premium Economy flexible, Premium Rouge; Business Class lowest; and Business Class flexible.
• Bonus Aeroplan points will be calculated per segment flown on Eligible Scheduled Flights during the Travel Period. Bonus Aeroplan points will be calculated in accordance with the eligible basic Aeroplan points accrual rules.
• For example, an Eligible Scheduled Flight booked in Economy Flex provides for a basic point accumulation rate of 100% Aeroplan points, assessed in accordance with the general Aeroplan points accrual rules. An eligible round trip flight in Economy Flex from Vancouver (YVR) to Seoul (ICN) would therefore result in a basic point accumulation of 100%, being 10,216 Aeroplan points for the round trip. Under this Offer, the Aeroplan Member would earn an additional 20,432 Bonus Aeroplan points for that same Eligible round trip flight, for a total of 30,648 points.
• For example, a family of two pooling the Aeroplan points earned with this Offer, will earn a total of 61,296 Aeroplan points, which can be redeemed for a one-way ticket in economy between a Canadian airport where Air Canada operates, and Seoul (ICN), which start at 45,000 Aeroplan points as per the flight reward chart.
• As long as their flight is booked and flown during the Offer Period and Travel Period, pool members don’t need to fly together in order to accumulate the 3X Aeroplan points.

• Eligible Fares must be purchased during the Offer Period.  Travel Period may vary and are subject to change at any time without notice. Due to travel restrictions, government recommendations and passenger demand resulting from the impact of COVID-19, eligible scheduled flights available for booking during the Offer Period may vary and are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Eligible Scheduled Flights must be the subject of a new booking, created for the first time during the Offer Period, with a new booking reference number. Any booking made prior to the start of the Offer Period that is subsequently changed to include travel dates within the Travel Period will not be considered a new booking that is eligible for the Offer.
• This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, including for certainty, the points earned in conjunction with the Aeroplan Elite™ Status bonus which are expressly excluded from this Offer. 
• To be eligible to receive the Bonus Aeroplan points, each Aeroplan Member must provide their Aeroplan number at time of purchase of an Eligible Fare.
• Bonus Aeroplan points are not Status Qualifying Miles and do not count towards Aeroplan Elite Status.
• Bonus Aeroplan points will be credited up to eight weeks after the qualifying segments on Eligible Schedule Flights booked during the Offer Period and flown during the Travel Period are completed.
• Upgraded flight segments (eUpgrades, Last minute paid upgrades, Star Alliance Upgrade Awards, etc.) will be tracked for this Offer based on the eligibility of the original fare purchased. 
• Aeroplan Flight Rewards are not eligible for points accumulation and therefore not eligible for this Offer.
