Craig Landry

Craig Landry is Air Canada’s Executive Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer and President of Aeroplan. In this role, Craig has oversight for all aspects of the corporation’s technology functions, spearheading innovation to improve customer experience and employee tools, with responsibility for digital, data, cyber security, and artificial intelligence, as well as eCommerce systems and interfaces. Other areas of responsibility include oversight of Air Canada’s inflight and ground product, including our global portfolio of Maple Leaf Lounges and Signature Class products. Additionally, as President of Aeroplan, he will continue to drive Aeroplan’s vision as Canada’s leading travel loyalty program.

Craig was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, with oversight for all aspects of safe, reliable and efficient operations throughout Air Canada’s global network. He has held several executive roles at Air Canada with responsibility for various aspects of the airline's commercial group, including President of Air Canada Vacations and Air Canada Rouge, Senior Vice President, Revenue Optimization, and senior leadership roles in Revenue Management, Global Sales and Product Distribution, Marketing, and eCommerce.  He also served in executive positions at loyalty and data analytics company Aimia.

Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Craig holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Music, both from McGill University in Montréal. Craig is a current Board member of Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal.
