International
Air Canada Signature Service is our end-to-end premium travel experience featuring the Air Canada Signature Class cabin, formerly known as International Business Class. It is offered exclusively when flying to and from Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and South America on board our mainline Boeing 787, 777 and our Airbus A330 aircraft.
Air Canada Signature Service ensures a seamless airport experience with dedicated check-in counters, expedited security clearance, lounge access, exclusive boarding lanes, priority baggage handling and more. On board, Air Canada Signature Class customers are treated to exclusive service and amenities.
Cabin & Seats
The Air Canada Signature Class cabin features:
- Executive or Classic Pods, with lumbar support and massage function, which convert to a fully flat bed: up to 203.2 cm (6' 7") long
- A sanitized and clean pillow, duvet and mattress pad packaged together, and an amenity kit
- A CleanCare+ kit containing a mask, antiseptic wipes, and hand sanitizer. Headsets are available and a water bottle will be provided pre-departure.
Our Executive Pod is available exclusively on our Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Boeing 777 aircraft. Our Classic Pod is available on our Airbus A330 aircraft.

Business Class Check-In
When you depart from Toronto Pearson International Airport on a domestic or international flight in Air Canada Signature Class, you’ll enjoy a full-service check-in space featuring comfortable seating and dedicated self-service check-in kiosks.
Priority Check-In
Dedicated Priority Check-In counters for accelerated services are available at all airports. Air Canada Signature Class passengers departing from a Canadian airport receive personalized check-in service from our team of specially trained Premium Agents.
Security
Speed through security* via exclusive access lanes at security screening points.
Boarding
Board first or at your leisure with dedicated Zone 1 lanes available at most gates.

Concierge Service
Our industry-leading concierges are there to help with check-in assistance inside our exclusive concierge offices at our Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver airports. Our concierges can also assist with at-risk connections if you are connecting between two Air Canada Signature Class flights.*
Aeroplan Super Elite Members will continue to receive enhanced concierge services at any time.

The Air Canada Signature Suites
Located at Toronto Pearson International Airport and Vancouver International Airport, our two luxury suites feature complimentary à la carte dining with dishes created by Air Canada’s award-winning chef, David Hawksworth, a bar menu that includes Moët & Chandon champagne and cocktails featuring Diageo spirits, personalized concierge service and Molton Brown care products.*
Eligibility: Customers originally booked and ticketed in Air Canada Signature Class (J, C, D, Z or P class) or on Aeroplan Business Class Flexible Reward, with a departure or connection via Toronto Pearson International Airport or Vancouver International Airport to Europe, Asia, South America, Australia or New Zealand on an Air Canada-operated flight. ↩
Maple Leaf Lounges
Our Maple Leaf Lounges are located in 16 airports across Canada, the United States and Europe. They feature complimentary Wi-Fi, a selection of digital and print newspapers and magazines, complimentary food and beverage options including newly created dishes by Chef David Hawksworth served at live cooking stations.*
When flying through airports without a Maple Leaf Lounge, access our Star Alliance or contract partner lounges by presenting your boarding pass at the entrance.

Air Canada Chauffeur Service
Air Canada Chauffeur Service, our unique premium airport experience in Canada, is offered to eligible customers on a surprise and delight basis. Provided in partnership with one of the world's most iconic luxury car brands, Porsche.
At Toronto Pearson and Vancouver International airports, eligible connecting Air Canada Signature Class customers arriving from within Canada and connecting to Asia, Europe, or South America, will be met by one of our Concierges before being whisked across the tarmac in one of our exclusive Porsche vehicles to visit the Air Canada Signature Suite. The fleet of Porsche vehicles consists of electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, including the Porsche Taycan, Panamera and Cayenne.

Enjoy multi-course meal service including a fresh appetizer, salad, warm bread, hot entrée, and wine pairings. Finish up your feast with coffee or tea alongside dessert, cheese and fresh fruit plates.
Indulge in our selection of beverages on board including champagne, sommelier-curated wines, beers, spirits, liqueurs, espresso drinks, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and juices.
On select routes, hot and cold snacks are available between meals, along with premium packaged snacks.

David Hawksworth
David Hawksworth is an awardwinning Vancouverbased chef and the owner of restaurants Hawksworth and Nightingale, where he uses local ingredients to create the very best Canadian cuisine. He has worked in European, Michelin-starred kitchens, including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and L’Escargot, and has been a guest chef at restaurants in New York, Hong Kong and Napa Valley.

Vikram Vij is the coowner of Vij’s Restaurant, Vij’s Rangoli and My Shanti by Vikram Vij in Vancouver, where traditional Indian techniques meet West Coast ingredients. He is a certified sommelier and the coauthor of three cookbooks.

Véronique Rivest
One of the most respected sommeliers in Canada and abroad, Véronique Rivest is the winner of the 2006 and 2012 Canada’s Best Sommelier competitions, the 2007 Wine Woman competition in Paris, the 2012 Best Sommelier of the Americas competition and in March 2013, she became the first woman to take a podium at the World’s Best Sommelier Competition in Tokyo by winning second place. She is the wine columnist for Ottawa’s Le Droit newspaper and RadioCanada, and the owner of SOIF wine bar in Gatineau, Quebec.
