Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on aviation (including government entry requirements, travel advisories, crew constraints and local movement restrictions), Air Canada will be cancelling all direct passenger flights between Canada and Hong Kong until April 22, 2022. Flights are planned to resume from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) on April 23, 2022 and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on May 1, 2022.
Rebooking and refund options
Affected customers are eligible for a range of highly flexible and expanded rebooking and refund options.
If you booked with a travel agent or any online travel agency (e.g., Expedia or Priceline), contact them directly for assistance. Each partner has a unique booking system that we are unable to access to assist with your booking.
