Due to the proximity of the departure from Canada, we will not be able to accommodate requests to supply oxygen equipment. However, customers may be allowed to bring their own Personal Oxygen Concentrators, POCs. In order to travel with a POC onboard an Air Canada flight, each customer needs to submit a completed FFT Fitness for travel form filled by their treating physician available on ac.com which we must receive well ahead of departure. The approved list of POC that can be used onboard are listed on ac.com
