POS France Spring-Summer 2025 – 3x Points Offer – Terms and Conditions

• For the purpose of this Offer, the following terms are defined as follows:

• Eligible Scheduled Flight means a flight operated by Air Canada^® (including flights operated under the Air Canada Express^® banner and operated by Air Canada Rouge^®) between France (NCE, TLS, CDG and LYS) to Canada. It does not include codeshare and interline flights.
• Eligible Destination means any destination in Canada within the Air Canada network.
• Eligible Fare means those Air Canada published fares that are exclusively eligible for this Offer: Economy Standard, Economy Latitude, comfort, Economy Flex Business Class flexible, Business Class lowest, Premium Economy flexible, Premium Economy lowest, Premium Rouge flexible, Premium Rouge lowest
• Offer Period means the period during which this Offer is valid: March 10, 2025, starting at 00:01 Central European Time (CET) through to April 6, 2025, inclusively, ending at 23:59 Central European Time (CET)).
• Travel Period means the period during which travel must take place, which is between March 10, 2025, starting at 00:01 Central European Time (CET) through to December 15, 2025, inclusively, ending at 23:59 Central European Time (CET).
• Offer: During the Offer Period, earn a total of 3x the Aeroplan points – your usual points plus 2x bonus points – on a new booking of a (1) round trip or one-way trip of Eligible Scheduled Flights to an Eligible Destination for travel during the Travel Period.
• Eligible Scheduled Flights must be the subject of a new booking, created for the first time during the Offer Period, with a new booking reference number. Any booking made prior to the start of the Offer Period that is subsequently changed to include travel dates within the Travel Period will not be considered a new booking that is eligible for the offer.
• Open only to Aeroplan^® Members in good standing. If you are not an Aeroplan Member, you can visit the Aeroplan web site (aircanada.com/aeroplan) and enroll today. Membership is free.
• To be eligible to receive the bonus Aeroplan points, an Aeroplan Member must provide their Aeroplan number at time of purchase of an Eligible Fare.
• Registration is required. Every member must register their Aeroplan number individually to be eligible for the Offer. To register, click on the Register and book now tab in the Offer e-mail received or click on the Offer page on aircanada.com and follow the steps on the page to register. The Aeroplan Member must register for the Offer during the Offer Period BEFORE booking the Eligible Scheduled Flights.
• To qualify for this Offer, a minimum of one one-way trip is required. For clarity, a one-way trip consists of one origin and one destination (one bound) between an airport in France to an Eligible Destination. For example, an Eligible Scheduled Flight booked in Economy Flex from Paris Charles-De-Gaulle (CDG) to Montreal (YUL) that has a stopover in Toronto (YYZ), is considered a one-way trip.

An Eligible Scheduled Flight booked in Economy Flex provides for a basic point accumulation rate of 100% Aeroplan points, assessed in accordance with the general Aeroplan points accrual rules. For example, an Eligible Scheduled Flight consisting of a round trip in Economy Flex from Paris Charles-De-Gaulle (CDG) to Toronto (YYZ) and back to Paris Charles-De-Gaulle (CDG) would result in a basic point accumulation of 100%, being approximately 7,502 Aeroplan points. Under this Offer, the Aeroplan Member would earn approximately 15,004 bonus Aeroplan points, that is 2X the original 7,502 Aeroplan points, for a total of approximately 22,506 Aeroplan points.

• The departure of the first outbound trip must commence in to be eligible for this Offer, although both one-way trip flights may originate in France.
• Flight redemption bookings and bookings made with a combination of points and cash are not eligible for this Offer.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, including for certainty, points earned in conjunction with the Aeroplan Elite™ Status bonus which are expressly excluded from this Offer.
• Unless otherwise specified, Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, including for certainty, points earned in conjunction with the Aeroplan Elite™ Status bonus which are expressly excluded from this Offer.
• Bonus Aeroplan points awarded are not Status Qualifying Miles (SQM).
• Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

• If this Offer is not running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Offer, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way. Aeroplan also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from this Offer and to ban the individual from any future offers that it finds or believes to be tampering with the process or the operation of this Offer.
