Air Canada has implemented a Goodwill Policy to offer flexible rebooking options for passengers affected by the Industrial Action planned for March 31, 2025 in Belgium.

Re-Protection Guidelines
Customers are permitted one free change as per the following guidelines up to 2 hours before departure. Rebooking is permitted on flights operated by Air Canada (AC),
United Airlines (UA), and the Lufthansa Group (LHG) in any booking class in the same cabin as originally ticketed.

Endorsement |
For Call Centres and Travel Agencies, use ACABRUMAR25 when processing a ticket exchange for GDS issued tickets. Endorsement is not required for NDC, AC Connex and ADO issued tickets. |
