Flexible Rebooking Policy: Toronto and Montréal Holiday Travel

Air Canada has implemented a Goodwill policy to offer flexible rebooking options for the peak Holiday Period for passengers connecting through Toronto or Montreal.

Re-Protection Guidelines
Customers connecting through YYZ or YUL are permitted one free change from a connecting itinerary to a non-stop flight as per the following guidelines up to 2 hours before departure. Rebooking is only permitted on Air Canada Operated flights in the same cabin as ticketed.
Example: Passenger ticketed to travel on 22DEC YVR-YYZ-YUL can change to
YVR-YUL without penalty or adcoll, as long as they travel within the rebooking window.
