Jury, Military Duty and Subpoenas

When a passenger is called to Jury or Military Duty, or is subpoenaed, and the duty date prevents the passenger from travelling as ticketed, a refund without penalty for the unused portion of the ticket will apply upon presentation of jury summons, military order to duty, or a subpoena.
