How often are the motorcoach services?
6 x daily per direction.
Can I book the motorcoach services in all points of sale and booking channels?
Bookings can be made on aircanada.com, aircanada.com/agents, NDC and your GDS.
How do I check in?
The check-in process is like any other Air Canada flight, at aircanada.com or the Air Canada app up to 24 hours prior to your flight. Your customers may also check-in with an agent at Hamilton and Kitchener airport up to 30 minutes prior to their motorcoach departure.
Do Air Canada web and mobile check-in notifications include the motorcoach?
Yes.
Is Special Assistance offered on the motorcoach and on arrival at the airport?
Yes, all motorcoaches can accommodate passengers who require assistance such as wheelchairs and service animals.
Are sports equipment, musical instruments and PETC permitted on motorcoaches?
Yes, as per Air Canada polices.
Are Unaccompanied Minors able to travel on the motorcoach?
No. All children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or over.
Will Air Canada notify travel agents of motorcoach delays?
Yes.
What happens if a motorcoach delay results in customers missing their flights?
Customers must see an Air Canada agent to be rebooked.

With Air Canada schedule changes, can I manage the booking for my customers?
Yes. You can manage and rebook the connecting segment if required following guidelines in the Schedule Change Policy.
Can AC Group bookings include motorcoach services?
Yes.
Can Aeroplan members earn and redeem points on motorcoach segments?
Yes, Aeroplan members can earn and redeem points on tickets with motorcoach segments.
Can unused tickets which include motorcoach segments be kept for future travel credits?
Yes.
Can unused tickets which include motorcoach segments be transferred to AC Wallet?
Yes, creditable fares may be transferred to AC Wallet.
