AD75/AD50
AGENCY REDUCED RATE PROGRAM
The Air Canada AD75/50 reduced rate program entitles qualified agency personel to a 75% reduction on applicable fares, for travel exclusively on Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge™ and Air Canada Express™ marketed and operated flights.

Eligibility
- The program is offered to IATA and TIDS travel agencies who have held IATA accreditation for at least 12 consecutive months
- Qualified personel must be employed by:
- An agency without interruption for 12 months before the travel date
- With a current agency for at least 3 months, if they were previously employed with another approved agency, and the employment interruption did not exceed 60 days
- A 50% percent reduction (AD50) is extended to the respective spouse provided the agency personnel and the spouse are on the same flights, but on separate bookings. A spouse is defined as legally married or common-law partner of the same or opposite sex
Agent ID validation
You are required to present your industry ACTA ID card or IATA ID card to airport agents.
Please note when travelling with a reduced rate ticket, you can be off-loaded in oversell situation
Booking Class and Booking Window
Economy Class
Discount is applied on Y or B fares, while space is booked in M class
Premium Economy Class
Discount is applied on O fares, while space is booked in E class
Book within 14 days of departure
Business Class
Discount is applied on J fares, while space is booked in Z class. Maple Leaf Lounge access is permitted with AD75/50 Business Class tickets

When both agent and spouse are travelling, you must request 2 authorizations

- Agencies outside Canada request authorization via the Air Canada Sales Manager

- Maximum stay is 30 days
- All travel must be completed by January 31, 2025
