ACTA Members Offer

A 20% discount is offered exclusively to Canadian Travel Agents holding an ACTA membership card. This offer applies for travel within Canada, and between Canada/US, and between Canada and Sun/Caribbean destinations, on Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge™ and Air Canada Express™ 

ELIGIBILITY

Travel agents must be employed by an IATA or TIDS travel agency, without interruption, for 12 months before the travel date, or for at least 3 months with a current agency, provided they were previously employed with another approved agency, and the employment interruption did not exceed 60 days.

To submit a request for a 20% discount, please enter required information in the ACTA Request Form and email it to ACTA at ad75@acta.ca. Please allow 7 business days for processing.

You may request a maximum of two 20% discount promotion codes per year.

RESERVATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings must be made at aircanada.com/agents; enter your authorization at Add Promotion Code.

You will be required to enter your IATA or ACTA membership card prior to your booking.

• One promotion code is valid for a travel agent and a companion.
• Maximum stay of 30 days and all travel completed by January 31, 2024.
• Routing as per the fare rule.
• One-way bookings permitted, as per the published fare.
• Open-jaw and multi-city are permitted.
• Change and cancellation fees as per fare rule.

BLACKOUT PERIODS

Subject to change without notice, and travel is not permitted during blackout periods.
