Baggage policy - Economy Class:

Tickets issued before September 18, 2014 or travel before November 2, 2014: A fee of up to $25 (USD) is charged for the first checked bag, and a fee of up to $35 (USD) is charged for the second checked bag on flights between the U.S. and Canada. A fee of up to $100 (USD) is charged for the second checked bag on flights between the U.S. and most international destinations (exceptions may apply).

Tickets issued on or after September 18, 2014 for travel on or after November 2, 2014: Flights between the U.S. and Canada: Latitude fares - Check 2 bags free of charge. Tango and Flex fares - A fee of $25 (USD) is charged for the first checked bag, and a fee of $35 (USD) is charged for the second checked bag. Flights between the U.S. and most international destinations: A fee of up to $100 (USD) is charged for the second checked bag (exceptions may apply).
