You'll always find our lowest prices on aircanada.com. No need to search for lowest Air Canada prices elsewhere - you won't find them. That's our Air Canada Lowest Price Guarantee.

If, within 24 hours after completing a purchase on aircanada.com or aircanada.com/agent, you find a price for the exact same Air Canada flight that's at least $5 less, Air Canada will offer you a credit of $50 plus the price difference, per passenger.

You'll receive your Air Canada Lowest Price Guarantee credit in the form of a promotion code, which you can then easily apply toward a future travel purchase on aircanada.com or aircanada.com/agent.

The original price

  • Must be for one-way or round-trip travel within Canada, between Canada and the U.S. or between Canada and any international destination with a point of origin in Canada;
  • Must not include any add-on travel options (e.g., Maple Leaf Lounge access) or opt-out extra savings (e.g., choosing not to accumulate Aeroplan miles);
  • Must have been purchased on the Canadian edition of aircanada.com or aircanada.com/agent for travel marketed and operated by Air Canada, Air Canada rouge or Air Canada Express flight operated by Jazz Aviation LP, Sky Regional Airlines Inc., Exploits Valley Air Services Ltd or Air Georgian.

    (This offer is not valid for itineraries purchased on aircanada.com or aircanada.com/agent which include flights operated by other airlines such as Air Canada codeshare flights.)

The lower price

  • Must be available through a Canadian travel retailer within 24 hours after completing your purchase;
  • Must be displayed and sold in Canadian Dollars (CAD);
  • Must be at least $5 less than your original price;
  • Must be for the exact same Air Canada flight number, for travel marketed and operated by Air Canada, Air Canada rouge or by Air Canada Express flights operated by Jazz, Aviation LP or Sky Regional. – codeshare flights marketed or operated by another carrier are not eligible;
  • Must be for the exact same date, time, itinerary, and fare family as the original booking;
  • Must be for the same number/type of passengers as the original booking;
  • Must be all-inclusive (i.e. including all Air Transportation charges, taxes, fees and charges) as this guarantee applies to the total lower price;
  • Must not include any add-on travel options (e.g., Maple Leaf Lounge access) or opt-out extra savings (e.g., choosing not to accumulate Aeroplan miles);

The lower price must not be available on aircanada.com or aircanada.com/agent
If you find a lower price on aircanada.com within 24 hours after completing the purchase of your ticket on our website, our flexible cancellation process allows you to cancel and obtain a refund for your original Air Canada booking free of charge, and purchase the lower price on aircanada.com The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to a ticket for which you choose to request a refund.

The following advertised prices are excluded:

  • Advertised prices by other airlines;
  • Advertised prices where the airline is not disclosed at time of purchase;
  • Tickets obtained through any type of auction;
  • Price of air service purchased as part of a travel package;
  • Prices that are reduced as a result of a promotional or loyalty program discount;
  • Aeroplan reward tickets and Flight Pass products;
  • Prices for air service that is not generally available to the public (e.g. corporate, wholesaler, or contracted agreements).
