Air Canada's Lowest Price Guarantee Claim Form
To submit your claim, please complete all required fields in the form below.
You’ll need to submit your claim within 24 hours after purchasing your ticket on aircanada.com or aircanada.com/agents. Unfortunately, claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be considered.
You will receive an automatic reply by email from Air Canada confirming the receipt of your claim. Your request will be reviewed by the Lowest Price Guarantee team who will use reasonable efforts to reply within 1 week of completing your claim.
Please note that you’ll be asked to provide screenshots displaying the itinerary and the detailed price quote from the website or travel agency where you found the lower price. You can send us the screenshots via email or by fax upon Air Canada's request.
Before submitting your claim, review this checklist to verify the validity of your claim. You must agree to all of these conditions otherwise your claim will be considered invalid as per the terms and conditions of this program.
