More
Irregular Operation Notification
Receive automatic notifications for flight delays of 2 hours or more and for flight cancellations within 48-5 hours prior to departure when you provide us with your mobile phone number!
Effective June 18th, any confirmed passenger booking that contains a mobile phone number will now be sent a text (SMS) message advising of a delay or cancellation as well as protection details for the affected flight.
This service pertains to bookings within 48-5 hours of departure. This differs from our Flight Notification mobile service whereby customers can sign up for flight departure or arrival information.
Irregular Operation Notification is provided for any passenger confirmed on an AC operated flight and provides a mobile phone number at time of booking. It also provides protection details in order to inform the passenger as soon as possible of any flight disruption.
