What you need to know
Pre-order purchases:
- You’ll need to complete your order at least 96 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time.
- Items are delivered on flights leaving Canada only.
- The maximum allowable purchase value is $1000 CAD per person.
- To complete an online purchase, you’ll be asked to provide your flight number, date of travel and passport information.
Onboard purchases:
- Only the following credit cards are accepted for onboard payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Japanese Credit Bureau credit cards.
- Cash payment is not accepted.
- The maximum allowable purchase value is $500 CAD per person.
- Duty-free is not offered on our Embraer aircraft.
Security Measures
Passengers with connecting flights are advised not to purchase liquids or gels on board the aircraft (or at duty-free), if they:
- do not have access to checked luggage upon arrival at the connecting airport where duty-free purchases can be added to checked luggage, and/or
- have no room in checked baggage to pack duty-free purchases before rechecking their bags.
Duty-free liquids will be confiscated at the security checkpoint and additional charges may apply to check the items in.
Alcoholic beverages
Alcoholic beverages purchased at the duty-free shop cannot be consumed onboard the plane.
