Our Onboard Café provides maximum flexibility, value and choice by offering you a selection of tasty and reasonably priced food items.

You can select from a menu of premium snacks from our “all day pantry” on flights between 90 minutes and 2 hours or choose delicious meals items from our “all day fresh” on flights of 2 hours or more. Our Onboard Cafe is also available for pre-purchase on flights of 2 hours or more when you book at aircanada.com. Full menu options are available online in English/French - English/Spanish, on in the enRoute magazine located in the seat pocket onboard your flight.

As an added benefit, Latitude fare passengers can enjoy two complimentary snack items or one complimentary meal item and one snack item, depending on the length of their flight.

The Onboard Café service is offered on most flights of 90 minutes or more within Canada, between Canada and the continental USA, and to/from Sun destinations (the Caribbean/Mexico, Central America and Hawaii).

Save up to 25% on your Onboard Meal!

You can save up to 25% on your onboard meal by purchasing Prepaid Onboard Café vouchers online for select long-haul flights (two hours or more) within Canada and between Canada and the United-States where the Onboard Café service is offered. For the very low price of $6 CAD (up to $8 CAD value, all taxes included), each voucher offers one (1) Meal item and one (1) Snack item to be served onboard.


I have yet to book my flight You can purchase your voucher as an à la carte selection on the Customize Your Flights page when booking your flight online. The voucher will then appear coded on the boarding pass. (Please note that à la carte options are not offered for flights booked using Flight Pass credits.)
I have already booked my flight You can access your booking on the Manage My Bookings page and request your voucher up to 1 hour before your flight’s departure provided you have not yet checked in (the Booking Reference number or Aeroplan number and password are required for all booking changes).

To all Air Canada Jazz passengers: please note that Café Jazz menu products and services differ from the ones of Air Canada’s Onboard Café. Meal items are not available on Air Canada Jazz flights under 3h15 min in duration and the Café Jazz service is not offered on flights operated on Dash 8 aircraft. Hot items are not available on our Embraer aircraft.

Special Meals are not available on flights where Onboard Café is offered. Every effort has been made to present a variety of choices catering to different tastes and requirements. A wide selection of Kosher certified products are available.

Meals-Ready-to-Eat (MRE) and other self-heating meal and beverage kits with portable heating systems/ration heaters are not permitted on board the aircraft at any time. Nor are they permitted in checked or carry-on baggage.
