Special pricing
The Air Canada Group Desk offers reduced fares and guaranteed blocked space for groups of ten or more people travelling together on the same Air Canada flight to the same domestic, transborder or international destination. Group bookings can be made up to eleven months in advance.

Advance seating
Generic advance seat selection for your group is completed at time of booking, when available. Check our fleet page for seat maps.

Flexible payment and ticketing terms
A per seat deposit guarantees your blocked group space. The deposit amount varies by destination and travel period. Full payment is not required until thirty days prior to departure. We guarantee you the best fare between the original booking date and full payment date (taxes and fees excluded). Some restrictions may apply.

Complimentary tickets
In addition to our discounted pricing, you can earn complimentary tickets in Economy Class when travel is on an Air Canada flight or an Air Canada Express flight operated by Jazz, based on the number of ticketed passengers.
