Departing/Arriving at Toronto’s Pearson Int’l
Airport
- Check-in at Terminal 1 for all flights to Canada, US,
and International destinations.
- All Air Canada flights are gated at Terminal 1, with
the exception of some Air Canada Jazz commuter flights to the
USA, which are gated at the East Satellite Terminal.
- Super Elite and Star Alliance Gold members
For Super Elite and Star Alliance Gold members commencing travel
in Toronto and utilizing private transportation to Toronto Pearson
Terminal 1, drop-off on the departure level curb is recommended
at:
- Travelling within Canada:
Passenger Drop: Posts 3 to 5
Check-in: Aisle A – Positions 1 and 2
- Travelling Transborder (USA):
Passenger Drop: Posts 15 to 17
Check-in: Aisle H – Positions 1 and 2
- Travelling to an International Destination:
Passenger Drop: Posts 28 to 37
Check-in: Aisle K – Positions 1 to 5
Special needs customers commencing travel in Toronto and utilizing
private transportation to Toronto Pearson Terminal 1, drop-off
on the departure level curb is recommended at:

Check-in: Aisle C – Positions 1 and 2
- Travelling Transborder (USA):
Passenger Drop: Posts 18 or 21
Check-in: Aisle H – Positions 13 and 14

- Note: Drop point is on the inside curb and can only be
used if a wheelchair sticker is displayed on the window of the
car or used by cabs/limos & bus companies with sign above
door shows Assistance/Aide & wheelchair symbol.

Travel documents
Please note that, in addition to the normal travel documents
required to get into Canada, additional documents may be required,
depending on your country of origin, even if they are used solely
to land in Canada and re-board a connecting flight. Researching
and acquiring these documents is the responsibility of the passenger.
