Our award-winning Maple Leaf Lounges are located in 17 airports across Canada, the United States and Europe.

We are making significant investments across our network, including expanding seating capacity in our hub locations, introducing new menu offerings, and implementing eGates with digital identification to facilitate a quicker entry process to our lounges. In addition to these investments, we are implementing new policies to ensure our lounges are more consistently available for all our eligible travellers.

Business and First Class Ticket Holders

Enjoy access to our Maple Leaf Lounge! Just present your valid same-day ticket or boarding pass*.

Guests are also welcome to join you for a fee of 59.00 CAD, USD, EUR or GBP**.

Departing on an Emirates flight in Business or First Class? You have access to International Maple Leaf Lounges at Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and Montréal-Trudeau (YUL) airports.

Customers travelling in Premium Rouge

Customers travelling in Premium Rouge enjoy complimentary access to the Maple Leaf Lounge on flights within Canada, to the U.S and Sun destinations. Eligible Aeroplan Elite Status Members qualify for complimentary access to the Maple Leaf Lounge.

Maple Leaf Lounge access is not available for purchase at the airport, except at our Paris Maple leaf Lounge.

Aeroplan Super Elite, Aeroplan 75K and Aeroplan 50K Members

Start enjoying access to our Maple Leaf Lounge! Just provide your Aeroplan number and valid same-day ticket or boarding pass*.

Your partner, one guest and up to 5 dependent children** can join you, free of charge. Additional guests are welcome for a fee of 59.00 CAD, USD, EUR or GBP***.

Arriving on an Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or Air Canada Express flight? You can also access domestic Maple Leaf Lounges in Canada and the U.S.

If you’re departing on an Emirates flight in Business or First Class, you have access to international Maple Leaf Lounges at Toronto Pearson (YYZ) and Montréal-Trudeau (YUL) airports.

* For a flight with Air Canada, Air Canada Express or Air Canada Rouge or a flight with one of our codeshare or Star Alliance partners.

**Children under the age of 25 must be part of the family unit and financially dependent on the Aeroplan Super Elite 100K/Aeroplan 75K/Aeroplan 50K Member. Air Canada reserve the right to request proof of age for dependent children at any time.

Aeroplan 35K Members

As you wait for your flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express, Air Canada Rouge or by one of our Star Alliance partners, enjoy access to:

  • Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges located in the domestic and transborder departure areas of Canadian airports (Lounges located in the international departure areas are excluded.)
  • Maple Leaf Lounges at Los Angeles, New York (LaGuardia) and Newark airports

Fees for each guest who wishes to join you are as follows:

  • Before 11 am: $20.00 CAD/USD
  • After 11 am: $30.00 CAD/USD

Kindly present a valid same-day ticket or boarding pass for an eligible flight (as indicated above) for you and your guests. You may also need to present your Elite Status membership card.

Beginning June 1, 2023, Aeroplan 35K Members will no longer enjoy complimentary access to Maple Leaf Lounges. As of that date, 35K members can continue to access Maple Leaf Lounges with a One-Time Guest Pass, the purchase of a Business Class fare, or with an eligible Aeroplan credit card.

Rules and Guidelines

While our lounges are not subject to a formal dress code, we respectfully request that all guests wear proper attire.

All our Maple Leaf Lounges offer a smoke-free environment; smoking is strictly prohibited.

We ask that all customers refrain from using their mobile device in the lounges’ cell-free zones.

Food and beverages are provided for enjoyment in the lounge and may not be removed.

Maple Leaf Lounges are subject to varying hours of operation and amenity services.

For the safety of our younger guests, Maple Leaf Lounges strictly adhere to local laws and regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages. A minor accessing a Maple Leaf Lounge must be accompanied by an adult who is a member.

If you are travelling with your cat or small dog , you may bring it with you in the Maple Leaf Lounge under the following conditions:

  • Your cat or dog must stay with you and remain in the pet carrier at all times.
  • The pet carrier must be leak proof and well ventilated. Both soft and hard-sided carriers are accepted for carry-on.
  • No part of the pet may extend outside the pet carrier.

Airport luggage carts are not permitted in the lounges.

The rules and guidelines of affiliated lounges may differ from those operated by Air Canada. Star Alliance Gold members may only invite a guest into eligible Star Alliance lounges if their guest is travelling on the same flight.

Air Canada reserves the right to revise these rules and guidelines at any time without notice.

Admittance Terms and Conditions

  • Air Canada reserves the right to restrict, alter or amend the fees, amenities, services and lounge hours, locations, reciprocal lounge arrangements at any time with or without written notice.
  • We invite you to access our Maple Leaf Lounges, Air Canada Cafés, and Signature Suites within three hours of your scheduled departure time (or of your original departure time in the case of a flight delay). Connecting? Please join us anytime as you wait for your next flight.
  • Maple Leaf Lounges are reserved for customers departing on flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge, Air Canada Express or a Star Alliance member airline. Exception: Aeroplan Super Elite, Aeroplan 75K and 50K Members as well as their qualifying guests may access the domestic Maple Leaf Lounges at airports in Canada and the U.S. upon arriving on an Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or Air Canada Express flight.
  • At the reception desk, eligible customers must present their same-day ticket or boarding pass on a departing flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express, Air Canada Rouge or any Star Alliance member airline. They may also be required to present their Aeroplan Elite Status or Star Alliance Gold membership card.
  • Lounge access fees are non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to change with or without written notice.
  • Maple Leaf Lounges are subject to varying hours of operation and amenity services.
  • For the safety of our younger guests, each lounge strictly adheres to local laws and regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages. Minors must be accompanied by an adult lounge guest.
  • Air Canada reserves the right in its absolute discretion to discontinue any lounge program at any time or to refuse permit any specific customer and, if sold, to cancel pass/membership, and deny any purchaser or visitor access to, or use of, any lounge. Air Canada will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a purchaser or visitor resulting from such refusal, cancellation, or denial other than a refund of monies paid for the pass/membership.
  • Air Canada reserves the right to terminate any membership or remove any guest for inappropriate conduct, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent, or for failing to comply with membership terms and conditions.
  • Solicitation in Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges is prohibited.
  • Air Canada will not be held responsible for articles lost or stolen in the lounges.
  • Airline employees may not access the lounge when in uniform.
  • Rules and guidelines of affiliated lounges may differ from those operated by Air Canada. Guests must conform to the Terms and Conditions of the affiliated lounge. Star Alliance Gold members may only invite a guest into eligible Star Alliance lounges if their guest is travelling on the same flight.
