Heathrow Airport – Terminal 2

Heathrow Airport’s new Terminal 2, also known as The Queen’s Terminal, will open its doors on June 4, 2014.

With over 175 daily departures to more than 50 destinations in over 25 countries, the state-of-the-art terminal will welcome up to 20 million passengers each year.

Starting on June 18, 2014, Terminal 2 will serve as Air Canada’s new home for all flights into and out of London.

Terminal 2 is split between Terminal 2A and Terminal 2B:
  • In Terminal 2A you will find check-in, security, baggage claim and some gates,
  • In Terminal 2B you will find most international departure gates as well as our brand-new Maple Leaf Lounge (MLL).

Air Canada check-in and baggage drop off will be located in ZONE A of the check-in lobby.

Premium desks and dedicated full-service check-in will also be available for eligible customers (see the Priority Services tab for details).
