Europe Passes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable. Reservations of flight credits are subject to availability. Reservations of flight credits for the lowest Economy fare option (including changes) must be done at least 10 days before departure and are subject to blackout periods. Change and cancellation fees may apply. Upgrades are permitted using an eligible Air Canada Top Tier Upgrade certificate, as per the terms and conditions on the certificate.
