EU - Emergency contact information

Effective December 2, 2010, Air Canada is giving customers travelling on flights departing from a European Union country the opportunity to provide a confidential contact name and telephone number to be used in the event of an accident.

If you would like to provide such information, you may:

• print and complete the online Information Card in advance and bring it with you to the airport, or
• ask for an Information Card at the airport at time of check-in.

The card will be collected at boarding time. Information is kept on file for 24 hours and will not be used for any connecting or return flights.
