3. Refundability
Tickets are non-transferable.
R&R and Tango Plus are non-refundable.
Executive Class fares are refundable and a cancellation fee may apply.
Value of unused tickets can be applied to the value of a new ticket provided outbound travel commences within one year of original ticket issuance. Customers who do not show up for their flight will forfeit the full amount of their ticket.

5. R&R and Tango Plus upgrades

6. Latitude and Latitude Plus upgrades
Latitude and Latitude Plus fares are eligible for upgrade to Executive Class with an Air Canada System-Wide and Special System-Wide upgrade certificate as per the terms and conditions on the certificate. For full details, visit the Air Canada Top Tier section at aeroplan.com.
7. Anytime changes
Changes are subject to availability. Change fees are per direction, plus taxes and any fare difference (a higher fare could apply in addition to the change fee). Changes can be made up to two hours prior to departure. GST applies on change fees. Change fees do not include additional fare if change of destination applies.

Executive Class fares: a change fee of $75 / $75 US may apply.

8. Same-day changes
At the airport - $50 CAD ($50 USD) plus applicable taxes (no charge for fare difference) for same day flights only.
