An any-time change is a flight change requested up to 2 hours prior to departure via aircanada.com or the Air Canada Call Centre.

• Any-time change fees are per direction, plus taxes and any fare difference (as a higher fare may apply in addition to the change fee).

A same-day airport change is a flight change requested at the airport prior to departure, on the day of departure.

• Same-day airport changes are subject to availability.
• Change fees are per direction, plus taxes.
• No additional charges for fare difference apply for changes made on the day of travel when flights are operated by Air Canada.
• Same-day changes can be completed upon check-in.

Same-day airport standby allows eligible customers to stand by for an earlier flight on their day of departure.

• Latitude and Executive Class (Lowest and Flexible) customers may stand by free of charge.
• Same-day airport standby is subject to availability.
• Not applicable to passengers who have already checked their bags

Altitude Qualifying Miles are Aeroplan Miles which count towards Air Canada Altitude status.

• Earn Altitude Qualifying Miles as indicated on flights operated by Air Canada.
• Tango fares earn 50% Altitude Qualifying Miles on international flight segments operated by Air Canada, and 25% Aeroplan Miles (not qualifying for Altitude status) for connecting flight segments within Canada and between Canada and the United States.
• Tango fares earn Altitude Qualifying Segments only on international flight segments operated by Air Canada.

• Executive Class (Lowest and Flexible) customers are eligible for complimentary access to Maple Leaf Lounges, Star Alliance members’ Business Class lounges and other Air Canada contract lounges, where available.
• Flex and Latitude customers who pre-purchased Maple Leaf Lounge access must present their boarding pass from a same-day departing flight operated by Air Canada.
• Lounge access applies to the departure city, as well as any eligible connection cities, where available.
• Maple Leaf Lounge access is only available at select Canadian airports, as well as in Los Angeles (LAX) and at New York’s LaGuardia Airport (LGA).

Your complimentary checked baggage allowance is the number of bags which you may check, free of charge, for transport in the aircraft cargo hold.

The Onboard Café provides a wide range of fresh meal and snack options, as well as alcoholic beverages.

• Your voucher may be applied towards the purchase of any available item(s), up to its total value.
• Onboard Café is available on most flights of 2 hours or more.
• Flights between Canada and Sun destinations which do not offer the Onboard Café provide a complimentary meal service for all customers.

• Online duty-free pre-order purchases must be completed at least 96 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time.
