Michael M. Wilson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Agrium Inc. since 2003. Mr. Wilson joined Agrium in August of 2000 as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Wilson brings over 30 years of international and executive management experience in the chemical industry. Prior to joining Agrium, Mr. Wilson was President of Methanex Corporation, a leading global producer of methanol headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. In addition, he held various senior positions in North America and Asia during his 18 years with Dow Chemical. Mr. Wilson is a director of Agrium and is currently Past Chair of Canpotex Ltd., Vice Chair of the International Plant Nutrient Institute (IPNI), director of the Fertilizer Institute (TFI), Vice President, North America, International Fertilizer Association (IFA) and director of the Calgary Prostate Cancer Institute.

Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
