Joseph B. Leonard is a corporate director. He serves on the boards of Mueller Water Products, Inc. and Walter Industries, Inc.  Mr. Leonard was Chairman of AirTran Airways from 1999 to 2008 and the Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to 2007. Mr. Leonard was also President and Chief Executive Officer of AlliedSignal's Aerospace marketing, sales and service organization and previously held various senior management positions with Northwest Airlines, Eastern Airlines and American Airlines.

Mr. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University Montgomery-AUM.

Member of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee, Member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and Member of the Pension Committee.
