Patricia Jacobsen is a corporate director. She was Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority from 2001 to 2008. Ms. Jacobsen previously was Chief Executive Officer of the Manitoba Workers' Compensation Board, and held senior management positions with Liberty Mutual Insurance and Manulife Financial in Toronto. During her career with the Ontario Government, Ms. Jacobsen held various roles, including Deputy Minister of Transportation and Deputy Minister of Executive Resources. Ms. Jacobsen is currently Vice-Chair of the BC Cancer Foundation and Chair of the Governance and Human Resources Committee. Previous directorships include Canada Line Rapid Transit, Inc., Greater Vancouver Gateway Council and Transportation, Property and Casualty Insurance Company Inc.

Ms. Jacobsen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba.
