Jean Marc Huot is a partner with the Canadian law firm Stikeman Elliott LLP and co-chair of the firm's national Securities Law Group. His practice is focused primarily in the areas of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Huot is a member of the Advisory Committee to the Chair of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

Mr. Huot holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Law degree from Laval University.

Member of the Governance and Corporate Matters Committee and Member of the Pension Committee.
