Air Canada offers a range of life and accident insurance Plans in an effort to adequately allow our employees to provide for their families. These Plans include the Basic Group Life Plan, which for some employee groups is fully paid for by Air Canada, while for other employees Air Canada assumes the majority of the cost. Supplementary Life, Voluntary Accidental Death are also among the other life insurance plans available to Air Canada employees.
