Request for Travel Agencies to convert a customer’s existing or cancelled GDS bookings.

Please note that this form is for eligible* bookings made by Travel Agencies in their GDS.

Air Canada is pleased to offer flexibility for customers whose travel plans change. The following options are available for eligible GDS tickets with travel dates on or after February 1, 2020

Convert the customer’s ticket or travel credit to an Air Canada Travel Voucher that is fully transferable with no expiration date. Please note that only one Air Canada Travel Voucher will be issued equal to the total value of all unused tickets and EMDs associated with the PNR.
Convert the customer’s ticket or travel credit to Aeroplan points with an additional 65% bonus points. Please note that Aeroplan points for all tickets on the PNR will be awarded to one Aeroplan account.

If the customer has a refundable fare, you can cancel the trip and have the funds returned via the original payment method.

Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we continue to adapt to this dynamic situation.

This request cannot be cancelled once submitted. Only one request per booking will be accepted.
